Congratulations to Wendy Delgado, Houma Christian School, who won the Smart/Maher VFW National Citizenship Education Teacher for Post 4752 Junior High School Teacher of the Year.  Wendy also won at the District 3 Awards Presentation, and placed 3rd at the VFW Department of Louisiana Mid-Winter Conference. Wendy is an amazing teacher.
